Another glorious mess to let our subscribers know we love them. Here we are back at [what has become] one of the DC area's longest running clubs. Great layout, good staff, friendly regulars -- good for everybody. We like it...

A second appearance by our very first spokesmodel, stopgirl.

The fine print is as such:

People have started asking about the designs, so here you go; this was inspired by a gig flyer done by an Israeli artist named Amitai Sandy. You can get more info about him on his FLICKR pages.

Alright then... when this show was booked, this was the flyer we used:

...worked just fine, although some edits (such as the band name) were requested. Just then, my motherboard blew up.

Huh.

Although my apps could be re-installed, I lost access to the original files (specifically the .psd and .ai files) that were used to put these things together. I hadn't backed them up. Very dumb. So, I had no data until I could fix the hardware.

Huh.

So, I did another one with more specific information. This new one, as it turns out, is the one used for the actual print run. So, maybe it all worked out anyway. Here it is:

So, there we go -- two flyers for the price of one. The more I look at it, the more I prefer the second one anyway.

I just noticed I have an affinity for strong female figures.
